The incident is not related to Sin Qty incidents. Police declined to release the identity of the uninjured victim but said both men are not CSUF students. Downs was brought to the Campus Police holding tank and later transported to the Fresno County Jail. Downs was charged with at¬ tempted murder, carrying a con¬ cealed weapon and carrying a loaded weapon on campus. Downs is being in held on 5257,000 bail for all three counts.
