NOTES— Stallworth also won two other medals at the World Junior Championships, taking a bronze in the 200 meters (20.46) and anchoring the winning 4 X 100 meter relay team (39.13)... In last year's win over NAU, Jackson set a school indoor record in the triple jump with a leap of 54-5 1/2... Abbott was a member of the Australian World Junior Team who lists personal records of 3:46.78 and 8:532 in the 1500 meters and steeplechase, respectively. Lienau captures award fvl—7s? WW Fresno State senior Jason Lienau was named to the 16- member all-academic cross¬ country team Monday by the NCAA Division I Men's Cross¬ country Coaches Assosciation. Lienau was notified of his selection by a press release early Monday morning. Lienau, who carries a 3.41 grade" point average as a construction management major, became etgiblc after placing among the top 15 finishers in the Far West district meet in December. Nominees were also required to carry at least a 3.25 GpA in their respective majors and had to run in the NCAA championship meet. Lienau was the Big West cross country champion in the 10,000 meters in 1989 and again in 1990.
