The Fresno State women's tennis
team shutout San Jose State, 6-0, at
the Spa nans' home court.
: All Bulldog's won their singles games
making the doubles contests unne-
No. 2 singles Maria Mendez(16-9)and
No. 4 singles Tare Eden. (8-8) recorded
shutouts (6-0,6-0) in their matches.
No. 3 singles Val Stukovsky (12-12)
gave up only one game to Kristy Stuart,
60.6-1. .^
FSU is 9-12 overall and 3-3 in the

Burton and Eddie Zosky came in on a
infield hit by Hosey. Fresno State added
another run in the fourth on a Frazier RBI
single to make the score 3-1.
Cal Poly shortened the lead in the sixth
to 10-4 by puuing across two runs as the
first ihree baticrs in the inning all singled
off Baker. With the bases loaded. Bill
Daly hit into a fielder's choice (o bring in
one run and then Matt Drake singled in
the other run 10 finish the scoring.
The Bulldogs next game will be
lonight al 7 p.m. at Bciden Field against
Cal Poly. Scheduled to sian for the
Bulldogs is Robbie Sailz (0-2. 8.25) and
for lhc Mjsiangs Bob Ryan (1-3.4.18).

fn 1948 Ambassador Killgore graduated with a L.L.B.
(now J.D. Degree) from the University of Alabama
School of Law. He served for a year and a half with
the U.S. Displaced Persons Commission in Germany,
and from 1950 until 1980 as a U.S. Foreign Service
Officer in Embassies and Consulates General,
primarily in the Middle East. His Middle Eastern
assignments include Beirut, Jerusalem, Amman,
Baghdad, Tehran, Bahrain, and Quatar.
Ambassador Killgore is presently the President of the
American Educational Trust and Publisher of Jhe
Washington Report On Middle East Affairs. He is also
aboard member of ANERA
(American Near East Refugee Aid)
and President of the Musa Alami Foundation of
Jericho, U.S.A., which supports a Palestinian Boys
Town for orphans.
