The pgoposort site and oost estimates are the result of a study mode by the city end seversl citizen groups. Bicycling hss become increosingly popular around the country and not just aa a tod. People have realized thst it is a sensible mode of trerrssortetien ss well ss enjoyable exercise and recreation. The proposed bike route is one thst would be used extensively by Froono State Coilege students who sre finding bikes to be a sound soelogtsoi insmstmont snd a practical alternative to cars and related parking problems.
