Power to disqualify any candidate who breaks said rules. Such disqualified candidates may appeal to the Student Court. d. Authority to rule on situations arising which are not covered In these bylaws or by the election code. e. Supervision of the canvas of votes and the right to declare a ballot Invalid. f. Tne right to hold special elections until one candidate receives a majority vote. g. The right to require a recount vote untU satisfied that the count Is valid. ' Clause in. The chairman shall prepare a written report on every election and present this to the Student Senate at the first meeting subsequent to the elecUon. Claus. I. There shall be no awards made by the FresnoState CoUege Association unless they are specified in these bylaws or approved and granted by th* Board of Directors. SECTION B. The award made to the President shall be a regulation gavel, a lifetime pass to all affairs sponsored :by the Association and a suitable award to be determined by the Board of Dl- SECTION C. The awards presented to other student body officers and members of the Student Senate at the end of their terms shall be suitable awards to be determined by the Board of Directors. Power to disqualify any candidate who breaks said rules. Such disqualified candidates may appeal to the Student Court. d. Authority to rule on situations arising which are not covered In these bylaws or by the election code. e. Supervision of the canvas of votes and the right to declare a ballot Invalid. f. The chairman shall prepare a written report on every election and present this to the Student Senate at the first meeting subsequent to the elecUon. Claus. I. This committee shall have the responsibility for providing services and orientation for foreign students. ARTICLE Vin AWARDS SECTION A. There shall be no awards made by the FresnoState CoUege Association unless they are specified in these bylaws or approved and granted by th* Board of Directors. SECTION B. The award made to the President shall be a regulation gavel, a lifetime pass to all affairs sponsored :by the Association and a suitable award to be determined by the Board of Dl- SECTION C. The awards presented to other student body officers and members of the Student Senate at the end of their terms shall be suitable awards to be determined by the Board of Directors.
