FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1947 Investigation Report Tabled As Board Of Directors Adjourns After approximately two hours of discussion late yesterday afternoon, the board of directors tabled until their next meeting recommendations concerning coffee shop and book store prices made by members of an investigating committee appointed last week by Emory Ratcliffe. chairman of the group. Making the report were Deana Wilson, women's legisla- nussioner, and Al Kuhn, student vice president. Their suggestions were based on an intensive study of nearby busmesses and downtown establishments. . Members of the board were not wholly satisfied with the report nor were the attitudes of students and faculty per- ■pl'-tc accord. The time for discussion was short, however, and such a matter obviously needs a great iwoerstios. before a sound conclusion and satisfactory solution can be assured.
