Page Four _rhe Fresno State College Collegian- French Club Meets | Lorraine Byrd Merries Ernest Bender Tomorrow in Lounge The marriage of Lorraine nyrd Triple S Sells Stamps on Pearl Harbor Day\ Fresno State College will observe the second anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl ilarbor by buying more war stamps nnd bonds today than it ever has bought That is the hope of Triple S, sophomore service society, which is moving its regular Wednesday stamp sale 24 hours ahead to accommodate persons wishing to invest in; the government securities on the historic December 7. The 20 women belonging to the club will sell bonds as wel as stamps ranging from the 10 cent size to the $ denomi- . Members of the sophomore group wearing the officin Triple S uniform, a blue skirt, white blouse, and red triangu Inr emblem, will circulate in the union, the library, and the main building throughout the day. *• They will begin at 7:30 m., selling to coffee sh lircakf asters, and continue J their sales without break til 4 p. m., when they will offer stamps to ofter-clt stragglers. A booth set up in the foyer of the union will serve as " hub of the sales.
