It is up to the students to decide if they want more name bands in the future. To insure the college's procuring mote name bands, it will be necessary that at least 1200 students attend tonight's affair. The- dance will cost the student body approximately $1-100— a large sum, but not too large, if enough students turn out. George Zenovich has kept his campaign promise by bringing a name band to Fresno for a college affair. At the time of the campaign, the students were in' accord with the name band policy. It is now up to the students to keep their patt of the bargain. Their job is ■ to rum out en masse ro the annual Masque- Ball tonight. No Favorites Letters have been tcccived by The Collegian's Letters lo the Editor department, advocating the election of certain candidates in the coming VARSITY F . . . expects to add over Jl.OOOl to its scholarship fund from revenue derived from sale of advertisements in the West Coast Relays program. This scholarship fund which will be administered by the lettermen group as to number of awards for each sport was initiated when lettermen from basketball, baseball, and track complained that too much of the money for scholarships tabbed for football players.
