Theta Chi Pledges Three Members National Org Increases Under Inter-fret Rulei Three pledges to the Theta Chi Fraternity have been announced by Bill Kisling, frat president. The men pledged are Bill Bralnard of Von Angeles, pre-medt- csl: Eugene Fueha of Clovls. pre- medlcal. and /lurk Roarer* of Fresno, physcbolngy Theta Cbl, following ihe former Inter-Fraternity nn.hlnt rules, pledges only those men who have been on the campus nt least one semester and who have maintained st least a C average The average m u ■ t be kepi throughout the pledge period, or Ibe pledge* are not eligible for Initiation The pledge* were entertained by the frst members In a social evening last Wednesday night. Because of Its. standing as a national fraternity. Theta Chi has remained active during tbe past two years of fraternity dlsbandment. Thomas to Confer On College Budget Dr. Frank Thomas, college president, will leave next Friday for Sacramento for a hearing* on the college budget for lbs coming two years.
