Then, he reads press notices in thc Valley newspapers concerning our disputations, and people write and ask if all is not well with Fresno State, and immediately Mr. Wright is gal-' vanized into an action that is calculated to plug such "leaks" concerning our happy family. Out of such galvanization comes such pronouncements as that of last Wednesday—wholly untenable, wholly indefensible. We had a free press at Fresno State-once. THE HELL BOX Further, when there is a deliberate and announced policy of discrimination against thc student?, indirectly, through expulsion of staff members of the students' own publication from the preserves of that division, then it appears to us that all ethical and obligatory principles have been grossly violated. The Board of Playhouse Control, on the in-' stance of Mr. J. W.
