Curtis, editor of The Collegian. The stamp* are of every denomination, color, and. Ironically enough, some .ot. the stamps from post-war Germany. Tho stamps should be clipped or steamed from the envelope which they're found before they turned Into the office, said editor. Because of their dye content, the stamps are needed by the war industry. The stamp* will' be repossessed and the dye removed.
