VOLUME TWENTY-THREE ALPHAS AWARDED SCHOLASTIC TROPHY MASTEN, SOHM, SEARS RANK HIGHEST ON INDIVIDUAL GRADE POINT SCORE The Alpha Fraternity, although falling to fourth place in grade point averages for the spring of 1939, will be awarded the Harry Co'iTee Memorial trophy, awarded annually to the campus fraternity having the highest scholarship rating for the college year. Although lards reported that it was reasonably certain that representa- res of the northern school were in Fresno they made no attack on the Bulldog campus which was guarded by at least 75 students.
