Burning cigarettes tossed onto the dance floor in the social hall is the most flagrant abuse reported thus far. More than adequate room has been set aside for smoking in the new building and it seems inexcusable that anyone should feel the need of marring the beauty of the recreation room's hardwood floor. Last week the Union Activities Committee issued a list of rules governing the use of the Union. The list is short but is fully adequate if all of us cooperate. " ^ I The money used to buy the furnishings now in , the Union was earned by students of FSC. Wc i should be proud, as students of State, of this fine ' building. As the owners of this attractive edifice, make it ' possible for all of us io enjoy its comforts by acquainting yourself with the student-made rules , and by participating in a conservation program < that will curb, before it is too late, human erosion of the new Union.
