vital programs of this sort, is perpetrated by (1)

Street and salacious literature on news-stands,
but fanatically sabotage legitimate character and
happiness-building ventures.
Reports on the status of college students'
morals range from those concerning the girls,
who believe that conception is begun by a true-
love's kiss, to the recent statement of an anonymous writer in Ameriacn Mercury that 80 per
cent of college men and women were unchaste
in their associations with each other.
