Fred McGrew. <ew Registration Rules From General Office Changes in Procedure Made; Registration Card to Be Kept Until Program Cards Are Filed for Closer Check; Other Rules Set Forth FRESNO STATE COLLEGE. Feb. 3.—Rules for registering for the spring term were announced today by the general office. Several changes in procedure were made, .-i*nd students are asked to observe the changes in onler to reduce confusion. Chief among the changes in procedure is the requirement each student keep his registration card (blue card) until program cards are filed. These registration cards will be closely checked before the program cards are accepted.
