the co£lbgian COLLEGE DAY Toilette Day nhoiild mean sum. thing t.> y..u as a student of Fresno State College. This day. one of the leading event* of college year, should be celebrated with reverence and tradition. College Day serves a twofold purpose; first, ,u ..„.,. graduates who have enjoyed the college's hospitality for four and have contributed "L : ""'* *- :'- -' '-- —' —~.—i" honor the high school g who may become part of our great student body. Each of us can do his bit by being a close friend for one day to one or more of our guests. Be hospitable, congenial, courteous, and a true friend to a high school graduate. You can do your L in assisting some guest make his selection of his future alma mater. It may depend on you whether the undecided student will choose Fresno State or some other college for his alma mater. This little service to our college will be a pleasure. The program for the day calls for an assembly in the morning featuring the Wilson orchestra and the awarding of emblems, the graduating exercises, the college band concert, open house in all departments. two plays in the afternoon, and the annual Tokalon pageant and Omicron Pi dance in the evening.
