Since all fraternities are on equal financial basin, the extent of , rushing during the first six weeks needs not be regulated. Fraternities would necessarily confine their rush programs to the ex- jtent of their financial limit. As result all of these programs would • be practically tho same. i This rushing program together with Dean Novell's plan of ■ bringing faculty mandate Into the extreme cases of dispute among j fraternities would make the inter-fraternity council a strong, untitled, force that would actually Ik nrganizesd for the benefit of the !cotlege and its member fraternities. | Leader, of some of the groups have already hoard this plan and have fount it to be "airtight," They predict that it will be effective bcr.li—e it removes the source of all the difficulties and provides for adequate disposition „f dissension by means of faculty advice and judgment.
