That to us mean Sophomores are our graduates wl one who usually lives up -to the tl wise fools for they have not. Bu this institution for they are the ones who have directed us in our politics. During the whole school year they have led us in all undertakings and have done it with credit. To this graduating class comes two special honors. First, the majority- are those who are to follow one of the most noble professions of all—that of teaching the "coming America." What could one do more noble than to teach young minds the true ideals and standards of citixenship—minds that : day will be prepared to make laws and execute them, just as graduates now ready to do? The privilege of shaping such minds is indeed greats—and is one of the highest attributes payable to a person for does it genius to create a genius"? The second honor is that of being the first class to graduate college. • That alone has difficult responsibilities—for are there t cedents to establish and new customs to make?
