The officer pointed out the cause of the majority of the
accidents was a person's driving at a speed not comparahle to
the situation. In other words, while you are watching a jet
pass overhead and although you are in a 25 or 55 mile per
hour zone, the correct driving speed would be 0 miles per
hour — in other words, stopped.
The re-occurrence of accidents caused due to people not
keeping their eyes on the road ahead of them is a hazard
