Meeting; Penalty Is Set
For Absent FSC Clubs
The inability to obtain a full quorum for voting purposes
caused the early adjournment Wednesday night of the second
meeting of the Fresno State College student council.
This was the second Instance this semester in which poor
attendance caused the cancellation of important business
