The winners of the two dlvl- *.ton*> will perform at a jazxconcert ln the auditorium of Fresno City College Saturday night at 8 o'clox-k In addition, the evening concert will Include the local Fresno "Klxr Band, made up of school bandleaders and professionals, and directed hy Larry Sutherland. Featured with the F resno "Klx" Hand will be Ihe Ja*ti Rand Festival's guest artist, I'rbleGreen, one of the lop trombone players ln the country Green will also play wlth the CSUF jazz band at 1:30 p.m. In the CI' Lounge. The Fresno City Schools Honor Stage Band, directed by Harry Buyuk- llan of Hoover High School, will also perform at the concert The daytime competition In the CU Lounge Is free, but there is a charge for the evening concert at City College. Is "Rosalie,* definitely not the best cut on the album. Although Sam's songs speak with a superficial sameness, there are a few which stand Owl. "Gentle People,* for example.
