The report is a blueprint for lifelong learning for the approximately 8.4 million Callfornlans who want additional education beyond high school. Prepared by a nine-member research team headed by Dr. Richard E. Peterson of the Educational Testing Service in Berkeley, the report calls for the )f existingpostsecondary from full-time to part-time students, from on-campus to off- campus education, from homogeneous to heterogeneous populations, from an old world to a changing world.' The students living in Holman wanted to give .the first and second graders of Holland Elementary School a safe place to trick or treat, said Cindy Payne, senior resident adviser for the hall and Halloween party organizer. They said they couldn't think of a safer place ivlte the kids to their dorm. Homan Hall residents provided the goodies for te trick or treating, the Hall government provided unch for the party held afterwards.
