Joyal. ;, Climaxed by the president's inaugural ad¬ dress, the unique and colorful ceremony mark¬ ed what was probably the greatest academic convocation in the history of Fresno. g Gilbert H. Jertberg of Fresno, represent- ing the state board of education, formally inducted Dr. Joyal as president of Fresno State College at approximately 11:16 a.m. The new administrator then delivered his address. i .
