The concept team Is a new design approach to the process of urban planning. Recently, It has been utilized In the plan¬ ning of highways In Baltimore, New York City, Chicago and Seattle. Llskamm has extensive ex¬ perience In environmental design projects, architectural education, research and urban design. The program is open to the public.
