When conference acUon began four weeks ago, tour teams were rated as prime favorites to de¬ throne the BuUdogs - Cal Poly at Pomona, Long Beach State, San Diego State and Los Angeles State. To date the Fresnans have taken three from the Pomona and Long Beach nines and split two games with San Diego State leav¬ ing only the LA DUblos oo the list. Fresno ls rolling along with a game lead over San Diego in the league standings with a 7-1 rec¬ ord compared to the Aztecs 5-1 mark.
