Tho eggs, which are produced and processed by poultry majors at FSC, are sold to fraternity and sorority houses, to the Round-Up and to the public. Tho surplus eggs go to Olsen Bros, poultry company. According to Merrlt Head, poultryman, the chickens eat about three tons of All Purpose Mash every week.'But," he adds, "when we look at the production records of the hens, we all feel pretty good about the amount of food they eat.'
