If a person wsnts something bad enough they usually can attain their goal provided they have Just a little bit of ability. It Is no secret that Fi-i-iim State College's football tram does not po-weas that - ability that Is needed to win -punee hot It romw as a -nu-prise that they do not hare the detdre or pride to win football games. The Bulldogs (thc Battlin' label is removed) showed they had the "horses" to win when they outplayed and out h ■titled a real good Los Angeles State eleven. The Diablo squad, In fact, will probably end up as the California Collegiate Athletic Association champions with Just the Fresno game to mar a perfect season. Giveaway Fresno State on the other hand, with a perfect chance to grab the CCAA title for themselves, lost two straight games to move them down to fourth place in the standings, the lowest Bulldog placing In recent memory.
