' New Rules Listed For Intramural Football Games Rule changes regarding block¬ ing and charging for this year's flag football program have been announced by Intramural Director Myron Anderson. Some other new rules will also be enforced. The games will start with a scrimmage play from the 20-yard line Instead of the usual kick-oft. "Regarding equipment." An¬ derson emphasized, "players must wear tennis shoes or be bare foot and any player wearing glasses must wear glass guards." The main rule changes pertain to blocking and charging.
