A well knit defense, which had held opponents to an average 53 points, was torn apart at the seams as Fresno's hot shooting rivesome potted baskets from all over the floor. Four Bulldogs hit double figures as the club buck¬ eted 26 of 49 shots for a spark¬ ling S3.8 average. McKrraon I^-adH Mike McFerson again led Bull¬ dog shooters, pouring 18 points. From there they went to a deluxe movie palace when Totsi had popcorn with butter. Then she had a bag of chocolate covered raisins—also with butter. Then they went to a eoetaj ballroom and did the Twist till dawn, tipping the band every eight bars. Then they went to a Chinese restaurant where Totsi, unable to translate the menu, solved her problem by oidering one of everything. Then Thorwald took her to the women's dorm, boosted her in the window, and went downtown to wait for the employment office to open. ■ While waiting, Thorwald thought over all of his girls and came to a fiensible decision. "I think," he ssid to himself, "that J will stick with Marlboros. I am not rich enough for girls." Marlboro, however. Is rich enough tor anubody.
