He was also named tournament MVP. Bluem thinks the 'Dogs are ready to open Federation play. "We've come a long way since the start of the season,'' Bluem said. But they still have an important area to work on. "We're still having trouble scoring goals, so we've been working on that," Bluem said. The WAC is also loaded with teams in the top rankings.FSU won't exactly have it easy when they take on the WAC, either. It will be a hilly, tough course at Stanford. While the men will run an 8K, the women will run a 5K. Estes said, "I don't like to run on consecutive weekends at this pace very much. A 10K meet like we ran last week really pounds your body and it takes longer to recover. Week after week, it makes you drag with the strain. "You have to be pretty strong to handle running on a weekly basis at this competition arid be ■Competitive." In the dual meet ratings, me men are ranked 12th and the women are ranked 14th. When Sweeney was an assistant coach with the NFL St Louis Cardinals, Tilley was a wide receiver in his fourth season with the club. By starting Gregerson in place of Podesta Vivas said sheis looking for more communication from her setter position. Gregerson had a back problem and recently received medical clearance to practice.
