Delritta Hornbuckle is the newdean of Library Services forFresno State’s
Henry MaddenLibrary
eective Friday, Sept.15, announced ProvostLynnette Zelezny.
Hornbuckle, who was thedirector of the
Lasell CollegeBrennan Library
inMassachusetts, earned herMaster of Library Science fromthe Pratt Institute in New Yorkand her Bachelor of Arts inPolitical Science from TexasA&M University.
She has previously served as the associate director of Library InformationServices at the Harvard Business School.
“Dean-elect Hornbuckle brings strong leadership experience, expertise indata analytics and library technology and a passion for student success,”Zelezny said.
Hornbuckle lls the vacancy created by the retirement of
Dr. PeterMcDonald
in May. Dr. Jody Hironaka-Juteau has been serving as interimlibrary dean.
