Dr. Rqy Brown and 10 graduate
students 'of the University of
Denver*s Department of Government
Management are expected to arrive
here Friday to'advise block managers in all phases of- self-government, stated Norman Gross today.
The 10 students are chosen
from applicants all .over the United
States by the Department of Government Management, which is endowed
by Alfred P. Sloan of the General
Motors Corporation, ";Gross saiS.
