Uik, The Alonzo Stagg fund awards medals for physical fitness each year to those F.S.C. students who complete a fifty mile hike. This year Kathy Renz became the first woman to complete the hike, although three other members of the "weaker sex" came in soon after her. Miss Renz placed seventh in a field of twelve. The race was won by Jim Wiebe of Homan Hall eight hours and fifty minutes after he began the trek on Saturday evening, March 27. Bflufi/ Key CcuwluoJ!/ Blue Key, a men's upper-division ser vice organization, sponsors the annual Blue Key Carnival. Held in the spring, this activity copies the atmosphere and entertainment of a fair. Booths, games, talent shows, and dances are just a few of the money-making techniques used by the various clubs, organizations, and classes which take part in this affair. 84
