Terry Allen Fall President ?tenet, gCcd The actual use of any language is hindered because of lack of opportunities to use and practice it. Le Cercle Francais, therefore, conducts its meetings wholly in French, English is banned. Spring president, and his corps of officers were chosen at the first meeting of the spring semester. Henrique Guerreiro replaced Terry Allen after the initiation. Sponsored by Dr. C. Wesley Bird, the meetings are held bi-monthly and feature travelogues, speakers, and discussions. Social functions, such as French dinners in Dr. Bird's home, are held at least once every semester. Field trips to surrounding industrial plants and an annual banquet were all part of the year's activities.
