JAN BARRETT NANCY JACKSON ROY SORD 02t/6a4, *W6& en s4rttetic&*t JAN BARRETT will leave in July, 1963, for Wisconsin where he will train with the Green Bay Packers. Jan was drafted by the ball club after three successful years of football with the Bulldogs. Jan was also a member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity and Varsity F, lettering in both football and basketball. From Solvang, California, Jan graduates with a degree in physical education. NANCY JACKSON was honored as the Outstanding Freshman Woman during her first year at FSC. Since this time, Nancy has served on all class executive committees, been active in AWS affairs, a member of Pi Gamma Mu, Tokalon, and in 1962 was President of the Delta Gamma sorority. Nancy's major field of study was social science. She plans an August, 1963, wedding and then to do personnel work in Baltimore. ROY SORDI, an Enology major at FSC, plans to change his field somewhat and join the Air Force after graduation in June, 1963. He is a member of Blue Key and was an AFROTC Cadet Group Commander here on campus. With this background, he plans to enter the Air Force Flight Training school and possibly make a career of the service. His hometown is Madera and he will probably do some skiing before attempting his occupation. SUE HOUSER was an active member of the Associated Women Students during her four years at State, serving as Election Manager and also as President. Having this high honor also made her a member of the Board of Publications and the student executive committee. She was also a member of Tokalon and Kappa Alpha Theta. Sue will graduate in June, 1963, with a major in elementary education and she plans to teach. Palmdale, California, can claim this active girl, who also enjoys sewing and outdoor activities. SANDRA GIRTS, a biology major from Fresno, plans to finish her general secondary credential and her M.A. in biology after graduation in June, 1963. Being a leader herself, serving as officers in Triple "S", Kappa Alpha Theta, Associated Women Students, and Tokalon, Sandy was chairman of Leadership Camp in 1963. With her high scholastic abilities, Sandy is a member of Beta Beta Beta and received the Tokalon scholarship in her Junior year.
