Transcript	Jk SSociation Office 22 The financial center of the Fresno State College is located in the Association Office of the new student Union building. Supervising all financial activities is Arthur Safstrom, general manager of the association. His duties include preparing tentative budgets and administering them after they have been approved by the Board of Directors. The general manager must also be ready to serve as business advisor for a number of sub- organizations. Over $150,000 in bank deposits go through the association office each year. The office is staffed by John Scheibelhut, assistant general manager; LaVerne Call, financial secretary; and Helen Damianos, secretary to the general manager.
