SMITH FELIX The Student Court, which became an official reality late in the fall semester last year, consists of a five-man court, including the dean of men and four upper division students elected by the Student Council. The duty of the court is to interpret any ambiguous phrases in the ever-changing student constitution and to take a hand in any student activities which are not being properly conducted. The court has served mainly as a threat which proved successful as a preventative of many destructive student activities. Particularly, the court took action in controlling "over-exuberancy" on the part of students at football games. Members this year were Ellen Martin, Bonnie Felix, Wendell Smith and Wesley Craven.
