Transcript	Board of Directors Managing the financial life of the college, the Board of Directors controls the funds of the college which do not have to go through the hands of the state authorities. Extra-curricular activities are among the outstanding problems of the board which controls the finances of all organizations. Within the jurisdiction of the board are all activities of the Fresno State College. Association Office in whose hands lie the funds for the college organizations. The directors budget the allotments for various departments, controlling such finances in a manner insuring the greatest economy and efficiecy. Included in the make-up of the Board of Directors are four faculty members and four voting student members. Dr. Frank W. Thomas, president of the college and, three faculty members appointed by him from the faculty group with the president of the student body, the legislative commissioner, the vice-president of the student body and finance commissioner are the voting members of the group. Mr. Emory Ratcliffe has been chairman of the Board of Directors since the organization of the Association. Row 1 : Thomas, Robertson, Bell, Wakefield, Possons, Ratcliffe.
