Transcript	BOARD OF DIRECTORS First row Safstrom, Smittcamp, Smith, Nieto. Second row: Ratcliffe, Falk, Radka, Stebbins. The biggest achievement this year of the Board of Directors, Association financial administrators, has been the securing of the once mythical union for Fresno State. The Board was also responsible for negotiations with the St. Louis Cardinals for the lease of Fresno's new baseball diamond. Faculty members appointed by Dr. Frank W. Thomas to serve on the board this year included Emory Ratcliffe, chairman; Mary Bell Smith, Dr. Karl Falk and Carlos Rojas. Students who served on the board during both semesters were Margaret Smittcamp, Roscile Phillips, Owen Stebbins, Bob Smale, Leo Nieto and Al Radka.
