DEANS ■pRESNO State College's five deans each day deal with a multitude of problems, most of which are as unrelated as housing and discipline. Heading the list of deans is Dr. A. R. The dean of students, Dr. Forrest D. Brown, is concerned primarily with vocational guidance, while the deans of men and women, Harold J. Beatty and Miss Evelyn Wright, respectively, wield the big sticks which administer student discipline, and head a variety of boards from the Interfraternity Council and Pan Hellenic to the Date Committee. Seated, Miss Evelyn Wright and Dr. Mitchell P. Briggs. Standing, Dr. A. R. Lang, Dr. Forrest D. Brown and Harold J. Beatty.
