■»M Womens' Athletic Association The Fresno State College unit of the Women's Athletic Association initiated a Fall Playday during 1956, at which time the group invited students from nearby junior colleges to be its guests. Five junior colleges were represented and WAA decided to make it an annual affair. The group also sponsors coed badminton, softball, basketball and volleyball tournaments.
