The Committee appointed by the Chair to work on this questionnaire ,as as follows: Fred Tayama George Inagaki David Tatsuno Nobu Kawai Mamaru Wakasugi Ken Utsunomiya Ted Nakamura Tom Yego Jack Noda Mr. Egusa Mr. Uyesugi Fred Hirasuna Miss Ryuko Uyesaka Los Angeles Venice San Francisco Pasadena Portland Santa Maria Tacoma Placer Stanislaus-Merced Puyallup Portland Fresno Arizona Mr. Kido stated that all members of the board will be ex-officio lembers on this committee. A fifteen minute recess was called in order that the Council may rite up the questions to be handed in to the committee at 11:00 A.M. i Meeting was called to order at 11:15 A.M. by President Kido. President Kido asked the assembly at the request of the FBI that 11 Chapters immediately file written reports giving actual or rumored ases of mob violence, such as lynchings, tarring and feathering, burn- ng of Japanese schoolhouses, churches, business, homes, etc. Be as pecific as possible. If causes of fire are unknown, give circumstantial r known evidence or facts. Also please comment as to the possibilities f a mob violence or if you know of any agitators of such violences. If one of the above are to be reported, all Chapters were to report their eneral conditions. All reports are to be filed in the National Secre- ary's office by noon. jjNOUNCEMENTS : Announcement was made that a farewell picture will be taken at the ront of the building. The questionnaire committee was requested to meet together in ^°om #6 immediately. The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 A.M. - Second Session Page 3 -
